How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours and usually arrive in 3 to 5 working days across Pakistan. Delivery is free on orders above Rs. 3,499.
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available nationwide, along with card and bank payments at checkout.
Will my jewelry tarnish?
Our pieces are made with stainless steel or brass bases and protective plating for an anti-tarnish, waterproof finish. Follow our care guide to keep them shining for longer.
What is your exchange policy?
Unworn items in their original packaging can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Message us with your order number to start an exchange.
How do the Buy 2 Get 1 Free and Super Saver offers work?
Add any three items from the Buy 2 Get 1 Free collection and the lowest priced one becomes free automatically at checkout. The Super Saver Box gives you three pieces for one fixed price.
Are the rings adjustable?
Most of our rings have an open, adjustable band that fits sizes 6 to 9. Fixed-size rings list their sizes on the product page. See our ring size guide for help.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every order ships in gift-ready packaging. For an extra-special touch, add our handmade premium gift box to your cart.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Message us within 12 hours of ordering and we will update or cancel it before dispatch.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email or SMS once your order ships. You can also visit our Track your order page.
Do you deliver outside Pakistan?
We currently deliver across Pakistan only. International shipping is coming soon.
