7-day easy exchange

Not in love with your piece? You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging with the gift box.
• For hygiene reasons, earrings and nightwear can only be exchanged if they are defective or incorrect.
• Sale and Super Saver items are eligible for exchange, not refund, unless they arrive damaged.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, message us within 48 hours with your order number and an unboxing photo or video. We will send a replacement free of charge.

How to start

1. Contact us with your order number.
2. Our team will confirm the pickup or return address.
3. Your exchange is dispatched once we receive and inspect the item.

Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7 working days to your bank account or as store credit.
